How do I make an appointment?
Coven Haircraft is a collective of independent badass stylist who all run their own business inside our walls. Which is why all of our stylists have their own pricing and booking systems. Please head to our STYLIST page to select the stylist that fits your vibe and begin your hair journey into their chair!
Is there a cancellation policy?

Your appointments are very important and we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. therefore we respectfully ask any least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Since the services are requested for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. The amount will be determined by which stylist you are scheduled with. Our other guests and our time is valuable to us. No calls/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?

Here at Coven we respect our clients so much that we ask you do not bring any children or guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service. Some guests are at the salon to avoid their own children and do not want to spend their relaxation time around yours ;) Unattended children will be placed at the dance studio next door.
What are the salon hours?

Since all the stylists here are their own business operating inside Coven, each stylist will have their own hours of operation. Please refer to our stylist page to see their hours.
